The F.A.M. Game

The F.A.M. Game: “The First Attempt Make Game”.

Choose a set of tricks for this game. At the time of writing this I’m using Practice Set 2.2. There happens to be 22 tricks in this game set (nothing to do with the name of the set).

The goal of this game is to move through the list of tricks in the Practice Set, accomplishing each one while trying to land as many as possible on the first attempt. Usually after I miss a first attempt, I take my time feeling out the dynamics and experimenting for betterment until I make it. After finishing all the tricks in the set, tally up how many of them you landed on the first attempt. I imagine sometimes I’ll list the ones I make or don’t make, especially when I get better at it and it gets down to only being a few of the tricks that are non-makes.

Example from my first night ever playing this (12/7/13):
F.A.M Game: 14 of 22.

In each round I’ll strive to get closer and closer to the total amount of tricks in the Practice Set, trying for a perfect score.

This game can be played at the same time as other games which are based off of a Practice Set, such as The M.A.T game.
